Official Feature Wishlist

I apolgize if relisting this causes any problems, I recreated a separate thread but to err on the side of caution the post I created would disappear. As such, I am listing my request in this wishlist feature sticky. Thanks.

Can someone can create a sticky for a SSL aka a safe sellers list? And periodically the chronological list can be updated with new users? Then all a designated person needs to do is add names to the first post as people add comments to the sticky. I think updating it once a week is a reasonable frequency. If the powers that be permit, I am willing to volunteer to take on this specific project.

Ideas on requirements, only people who've completed good transactions (sales and/or trades) specifically for cels, gengas, dougas, and hankens through RS either the shop or with people through their gallery can be nominated. This will help both sellers and buyers alike know who has established themselves here too.

I'd like to request not allowing Youtube and other videos or very large gif (I mean ones used as "decoration" on bottom/top of pages, not cel gifs) to be embedded on RS gallery pages.

Why? Is this not allowed? Is it in the rules section?

I'm kinda confused about that request myself. =?
I can understand that large gifs can take a long time to download and therefore can be somewhat annoying for a slower internet connection if placed in the opening (title) gallery page. But the YouTube feature has to be initiated (ie. push play) in order for it to be viewed. It's on [i]option[/i] that doesn't have to be played if the viewer has a slower internet connection, and doesn't otherwise impede viewing the page.

Now I know why my embedded video hasn't worked for several days. At first I thought it was due to photobucket having issues until I spotted the request in this thread. I'm not sure why it's not allowed anymore. I've seen galleries that have had them placed on their pages for a very long time. Hopefully we can get an answer soon. :(
