Collecting cels - relationship builder?

Hello fellow RSers. I have been wondering something for awhile now... what impact does collecting cels have in your romantic relationships? Did it unite you with your true love? Did you build a greater understanding for the animation with your loved one? Anyone else? Kindly share and discuss. Thanks.

The only thing it's done for me is make my husband nag about how much more money I spend for cels. :P At first he was oooohing and aaaaaahing over them but later on it was grumbles, lol.

Well, any hobby that costs as much money as cels is bound to be a strain. Maybe not a major strain, but if one person is more into it than the other, it can be tough. Senor and I are a team in all things, thank goodness. It's a fun and exciting hobby for us both. He claims I'm a little more into it than him, but I know the truth. ^_~ He plays stoic and distance fairly well, I'm more of the gushing fan-girl squealing and hopping. We work together in our collection and that's what makes it worthwhile. Without our strong bond, it would feel almost pointless.

My hubbster gave up a long time ago on my addiction :P :P He used to nag nag nag but now he totally gave up ^_^ Suger, you can train him!!! There is a hope :P :P

Man I hope I can get him trained! LOL! He has eased up a little since I have been collecting from certain series instead of buy every cute cel that comes along.
