Celga vs. Rinkya
I've never had any problems with Celga.
Haven't needed to use any other service.
I've used Celga, and I've never had any problems with them. As long as you hold onto all of your Paypal receipts, you're always fine. ^_~ When I paid for international shipping, they didn't mark it in their system, so I had to contact them, but it was sent out within 24 hours of me sending them the Paypal transaction ID or what it was. I switched services because I wanted to control my own bidding, and I didn't really want a Celga Gold account. I'd prefer to be in charge of my YJ account if I ever get one.
Rinkya's fees are far too high for someone living in Arizona. :(
I finally got an SMJ account (apparently the user name I originally wanted was too long) and I've never looked back. The only thing that could possibly be better would be to have my own YJ account, speak flawless Japanese, and discover that all sellers are willing to ship internationally. Hey, I can dream, can't I?
Heck, at this point, I think I might be too young to sign up for my own YJ account. I believe you have to be 20 or 21 to do so . . .

i prefer Rinkya myself. Laurel is wonderful and so is her customer service team. I do have to wait at least a month before my cels arrive at the warehouse [depending on the seller]. They are prompt in their delivery as well--I put in my request for shipping on a Friday and they arrived the next Friday---with me literally chasing and tackling the postman! :P
However, I would like to see them update their auctions a little more frequently too. Sometimes I see listed auctions with only 2 days left and it wasn't listed at all during my previous visit.
Other than that I love their services...my only hurdle would be mastering Japanese and getting a YJ account myself! :P

That's not Rinkya doing that. Rinkya takes exactly what's on YJ and fits it to a template on their website. So, if the first time you see the auction is when it only has two days left, that is because the seller chose to have a two-day listing.
Celga all the way, 2 years and I have nothing but good things to say about the service I have recieved.
