Celga vs. Rinkya

Consider yourself fortunate then, b/c Keigo was not so understanding nor patient when he dealt with people in the past. Again, if you've had positive experiences good for you, but do remember there are plenty of people who have experienced the contrary. It is possible they are improving but with so many other services out there, I see no need to flock back to them.

reg'ed just to say that celga has proved awesome thus far. rinkya worked out more expensive so celga it was. purchased about 15 items with them over a few months, both auction and website orders, totalling about $1k. no problems whatsoever. account is accurate and email responses are instant to half a day (thanks emily and hyla).

initially it seemed kind of haphazard not having a automated system to track orders, but they process fast enough that it hasn't mattered. it has been nice having human acknowledgement of my orders/transactions.

Celga not having an automated system to track orders explains a lot. My experience with Celga was a disaster. They charged me twice for several auctions I won and they claimed I hadn't paid for, then they lost a deposit I made on an auction that I didn't even win.

Rinkya's 100% professional. To me that's worth the higher fees.

I have only just decided to buy from YJ too. I use Celga mainly because they don't require my credit card info. But I have found them to be excellent. Most of the time I don't email them with a bid request till 4 hours before the auction ends, and most of the time they get the email straight away and bid for me.

I am also one of those who used Celga for years and then BAM.....terrible experience with the owner. Totally lacking in professionalism. I saved all the emails from him where he did nothing, but cursed me out calling me every name in the book. Like he needed to get the last word. Whatever. I would use anyone else, but them. At least other deputies know how to handle their customers in a professional manner and use diplomatic ways of discussing things.

You'll notice that Celga seems to have good and bad stories. Yet other deputies have all good feedback. Hmmmm....imagine that......
