Celga vs. Rinkya
What would you change kitten?
For example, in order to see the bidding history, you have to login twice (someone told me if I book mark the history page, I have to login once....). I do not mind login twice but they might want to be consistant.

Also, when I am asking shipping, it is not really clear that I order shipping correctly (I have never made mistakes... buuuut.....). So maybe forppl like me (paranoia :P), they might want to set some automatic respoand system, etc.....

Don't take me wrong. I looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove rinkya :) But I just want them to be better ^_^

Also I totally agree with you! Laurel is great ^_^ I strongly recommend rinkya ^_^

Hmm.. I always thought the miultiple logging in was a good idea. It's good security. But that's a valid point.

I've been with Celga almost a year now, and have had nothing but outstanding service.
A couple months ago I started with my Gold account, and it has paid for itself a couple times now IMHO! (Those two reasons should be in my next shipment!) :D

I've been with Celga since they started, no complaints from me. But I like to use Rinkya to search Yahoo Japan for anime and non-anime items.

I started when Celga and Rinkya opened one of their early customers, and yes two accounts. I then added AC DS.

Celga had MANY problems with Keigo who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Others had similar problems with him. Pricewise I don't think they are any better then AC DS. AC DS is the one I use the most. Also nice to be able to store items up to six months in the US before shipping to you. But storage in JP is not as flexible. Rinkya is good too but it is the most expensive of the three. Also no combining of items, a big pain IMO.

Overall prefer AC DS, then Rinkya, I've blacklisted Celga entirely. Don't need that stress and there are so many other places/services that don't give that much attitude and grief as much as what I use to experience with their wonderful founder.

Your experiences will vary just keep in mind, the bad things you hear or read about a DS usually contain truth to them. It's up to you if you want to risk it, all it takes is once for you to be left w/a bad experience/taste in your mouth.
