What's the most $$ you spent on a cel?

When this question was first asked in a previous thread I hadn't crossed the $500 mark. Well I've jet propelled past that and am now closing in on the $1500 mark. But so far the most I've spent is $1200.

The most I have ever spent on a cel is around 2500.00 for my "Holy Grail" piece. It's the ultimate image of Optims Prime. It was even used as the DVD artwork for Rhino's release of Transformers The Movie. This is by far my most expensive cel and I feel well worth the astronomical price.

Total spent so far for cels purchased between March 1st through April 14th: $781.22. Tah-dah!

$800 and I'm STILL recovering from it. Didn't help that I thought it be a wise idea to purchase a $400 hanken simultaneously. Ouch.
