Genga/Douga or Cels? Which do you prefer

Cels definitely, and of course, the combination of douga, genga, and cel is the best. There is just something about owning the original production material is is gratifying.

I only collect cels. The only genga/douga I have are the ones that go with the cels I own. The fact I can't get into collecting the drawings has probably done wonders for keeping my bank account happy. :)

I would say that I perfer genga/douga over rileizu cels, reproduction cels or fancels. While I love the pretty colors on cels and the tangible substantiality (is that a word?) of cels, being part of the actual production means more to me.

My first aquisition was a genga/douga. The second was a cel. When comparing the two the choice was easy : cels won by a landslide.

I like cels better, but Since I collect Inuyasha, and ep 100 and up are computer made, I had to buy sketches from some of those eps...

I think I prefer the douga/genga. Sure the cels are nice, but with the sketches it's easier to get a nice shot of a character you really like.
