Since this is a new gallery owner who may not yet understand the rules. I would sugest Jason close the site temporarily rather than hitting it with the banning stick. I feel with a little education they can rejoin in compliance.

Isn't it pretty clear when you sign up that the cel site you make on rubberslug isn't supposed to be used as an image gallery?

Well he got a cel up...however it's one from the RS shop thats avaiable an not even On Hold. The $850 Kurama from YYH..an its in his DBZ section.
