Like, fanart or your other non-anime 2D art you're proud of. Fanart you bought.
Another category I think would be fun is a big "About me" where people can post photos of themselves/their life & surrounding along with comments just like with the cels. You know, like those ASL pages (which all suck except high.be).
But those should be limited to, say, 50 pics MAXIMUM.
My classmate runs high.be, and he has the prob of idiots uploading hentai shit in the category you describe as "reflect oneself"... that SUCKS ofcourse.

Well, since I haven't heard any NEW news on this topic, I'll jump in again.
Well, as a moderator, unless told otherwise.. I will support sites that have anime art; this includes the following items:
Anime Art (defined by E):
Production, game, hanken, reproduction, post production cels, sketches, lithographs, or fine anime art prints, settei, storyboard, comic, original artist works, scripts, gengas, dougas, sign-boards, signature art, manga art, and fan-art, and anime telephone cards. A bunch of "flat" stuff!
ITEMS as moderator I will NOT SUPPORT on your MAIN/HOME PAGE, but feel free to upload in your "private section":
Hentai anime (with obvious sex scenes), self-created non-anime related art work, cd, dvd, lp, ld, jackets and covers, con-shows, anime cosplay photo's, dolls, plushies, action figure collections, models, photgraphy (except digital photo's taken for the purpose of supported art *SEE ABOVE) And anything else, not related to anime cels and its associated art--goes in the private section! I guess..^-^
And not--AT ALL--supported items:
Image scans of other peoples cels!, or anime images or gifs in the gallery sections or categories pretending to be anime cels. This will get you banned from the site forever.

Of course, this is my own idea on the subject. Other moderators and admins., may think a bit otherwise (putting it mildly ;-)
My humble opinion is that I think a little more anime expression of artwork within RS is good for the site, being that restrictions on other areas are fixed in place for the moment.

Thanks for the input, everyone, about this topic. It's good that we can more or less agree on what should and shouldn't be here.
After the break, I'll try to update the FAQ to reflect all the issues in this topic and also throw in some questions that are actually frequently asked. =p
I am so darn late about this...
Being a person that posted things that were not all cels, I believe I can put some good imput on this matter.
I'd have to say that rubberslug should just stick with cels. I mean ya it's cool to post all the other anime stuff you collect, ie: figures, manga, anime pencils, whatever. The list will just go on and on and on until rubberslug won't be known as a site of cel galleries anymore. And that just takes away the flavor.
I personally don't think even fan cels, or drawings should be allowed. HD is cheap, I must admit, but you might get some wack foo that says, oh I have like 10,000 figures, and I want everyone to see every single one, so I will just make 1 page for each individual one. Some things just might get out of hand.
People can always just make a free webpage on geocities and link it to RS anyway.
