Beware !!

Beware of http://gowacity.rubberslug.com !!!
she said all was on sale in her gallery so i offred her 100 dollars for the Hilda cels ( i really like this character ! )

But....I'm stil waiting for a cel i bought to her for my own collection on february 27th and since 10 days no answer to my question , no tracking number sent ( i think she has never sent the package...)

I have engaged a Paypal reclamation to give back my money

I'm disappointed to see bad behaviour like this...

i know sometimes it' very long to receive a package ( some of my customers has received their package after one month !! :( ) but i always send with a tracking number and if there is a problem i put a reclamation at my postal office to know what's the matter )
but this person does'nt answer to my messages and nether give me tracking so i think she's not honnest...

very sad

As someone perfectly willing to out sellers I think are bad sellers, I'm going to say three weeks is a little brief to be assuming the worst (tho not too early to be suspicious), especially if there is international shipping involved.

Have you sent email from different email addresses (or via Paypal's contact system, or via Rubberslug's gallery feedback system) to avoid potentially being flagged by the other party's anti spam system, and have you been checking the spam folder on your email in case responses have been wrongly flagged?

Hm 10 days and counting with no email communication is not a good indicator any seller is taking your transaction seriously. While I do not know the specifics from the sellers situation this lack of communication is quite unprofessional IMO.

Try contacting the seller through JAMCL, their RS email, and AnimeBeta. After you've exhausted those avenues consider drafting a demand letter as well in case you need to go to small claims court. IMO you are doing the right thing by giving the seller ample opportunities to contact you and filing a report with paypal as well. Keep us posted and hopefully this ends up as technical error or misunderstanding that is rectified without further delays. Good luck!

Good luck I hope you get your cel or refund back. If it was me I would have gotten suspicious if I haven't received any email or confirmation after 4-5 days from the seller regarding the status of the shipment. I mean if you were in constant communication with the seller trying to buy it then it all stops once you sent them the money, then something would seem fishy to me.

Now is a good time to remind everyone that no sales are allowed from personal galleries. These disputes happen more than you might think.

Why do we funnel sales towards the cel sales market area we have on this site? Because to access that feature of this site as a seller, we require a small donation. That donation helps identify sellers with real identities and in most cases home addresses. Very, very few individuals are tempted to do unsavory things when they not anonymous to a trusted third party (in this case, us).

If you really don't like us and want to make sure we don't get a single dime, that's perfectly okay. Take your sale to eBay. They also have their methods of remediation that can help you in the event that either a buyer or seller goes back on a deal.

Our rules against sales in personal galleries are to protect you. Please help us and the community by following them.
