1 month later.....:( nothing....nothing...

but thanks to Paypal reclamation the person has at least sent me a message and she said that there was no tracking...so i 'm waiting...and i dont'know if the package will come to me one day...

i hope Paypal will refund me at the end....

i have asked for a tracking by EMS because i know this service exists in the USA ( when i buy cels from USA i hava always a tracking by EMS !! ) but this person didn't care about this...

I thought a tracking number came with EMS shipping. Maybe she didn't send it EMS, and if you paid for EMS that is how the seller should have shipped it. If you do not receive your cel you should certainly continue with a paypal claim or do a charge back.

I would have to agree with you that when a seller does not reply to your emails they are clearly avoiding their seller responsibility. Jason is right, the best way to deal with a rubberslug seller is through rubberslug. I have seen a couple people put up an RS site just for selling cels, some of which are not reliable sellers.

it's a happy ending but it was sent without any tracking so it was very dangerous...I never bought something to this person ; tht's for sure !!

Yes, it was not very serious from the seller to send a package without a tracking number...and it seems that the communication with this seller was very bad :(

But we are happy that you received your package... ^_^
