Yes having those are allowed.

If someone were to place a description such as "On Ebay , For Sale ,For Offer or an actual price" would not be ok.

I think that sells should be allowed yay!

If people want to sell their stuff put it in the shop. That's plenty convenient. Keep sales out of the galleries. Otherwise this will turn into a sight overrun (eventually) by dealer sales galleries.
Hey..here's and idea....Have a "Dealers Galleries" section that requires $ to help support the site. This keeps it separated from member galleries, helps support the site, and provides members with more cel buying resources.

There are several dealers that do have galleries here for their personal stuff.
It's best to keep the business side separate.
