I'm not sure, but is an entire gallery filled with only fan cels allowed?

The Mods will need to discuss a "Fan Cel" only gallery. I would not think they would be a problem if they were identified as such (which these were not). The fact this person had them for sale/offers inside their gallery is more of a problem.

I guess Joe, but any DBZ fan could have told you they were most definitely fan cels ^_^

Everything I looked at in the gallery was for sale in the store, but I didn't exhaustively crosscheck, and as many people often have some of their collection for sale, it might not even be an issue if substantial portions of the gallery aren't in the store inventory.
