How long, is long enough?

Sorry to hear that, Pick no Madoka. :( I did go the FBI site to check it out, but I had not entered a complaint yet. The main reason being I only had this person's name and hotmail email account since I paid through Paypal. That's why I hesitated but was just thinking I should go ahead and do it when I received the p.o. card a couple of days ago. I know how frustrating this situation is - hopefully you will receive yours very soon.

I, too, am still waiting for the cel, an email back, anything. It's good to know that a couple of you have finally received your cels. On the other hand, it's annoying to know that she was able to mail out a few of the cels and not the rest after two months of sitting on our money. I'm giving serious consideration to contacting the authorities this week.

In my experience waiting for seven business days after payment is sent is reasonable. You should get a reply, if not email them and ask for an update. After another ten business days and I do not receive it, I begin to get concerned. Typically the entire process of payment and receipt of the item(s) should take less than 30 days total. However exceptions might include international shippers, in which case I would extend the payment receipt time to ten business days, and receipt of package remains at ten business days. Most sellers in JP use EMS so I cannot imagine how they can justify needless delays. I have notified paypal fraud of certain cases after fifteen business days and especially when I am not getting replies/updates or my package. Good luck and remember be tenacious.

I was wondering if anyone else was still waiting for their cels? I've lost track of how many weeks it's been.

I received the cels I requested a couple of weeks ago. After about two months of waiting I wasn't sure if I would get them. I was very pleased to receive them and by how nice they were. I can't imagine why it took so long. I hope yours arrive soon.
