Registration issues

No question that this is frustrating: I think at very least there should be some proactive moderators who flag such messages and forward them to Jason for action. He has been quite responsive in the past, but for professional reasons doesn't or can't check in here regularly. Yes, a huge unaddressed turn-off, no question.

But in the short run you might post your problem on the Facebook group "RubberSlug & AnimeBeta" which Jason does visit, or message him directly on FB. He's the Jason Nolasco who lives in Austin Texas and is in charge of the web design firm OrchidFlux.

Doesn't fix the issue you identify but it might just help your personal situation.
