Your first cel?

hello!
my first cel is on my gallery,for the moment it is the only one!
it's a sailor moon too,just like you!
It's Usagi falling.
for the moment i only know it's stuck at the bg,and it comes from the first or second season,but I would like to know more!
I have baught other items but not yet received...
Why to collect?
Because maybe ten years ago i use to collect DBZ cards,but it was industrial made,and there was so many similar cards...
But with cel collecting,it's an instant of an anime in my hand or on the wall of my room!
and a single hand made item too!

I saw "cels" on eBay and had no idea what one was. I did some research and found some cel dealer sites and came across this one @ Aloha Anime. IY used to be the largest collection in my gallery, but now it's one of the smallest. :( However, I still look around for them and have yet to find one that appeals to me as this one did so long ago...

Big fan of anime AnimeSanJushi I have discovered the greatest chance in a Paris boutique.
At the time, I find it super cheap for a single sheet with a drawing hand painted, but by doing more research, I learned what was really a cel, I have the dark store to buy it and fortunately it had not been sold.

My first piece of production artwork wasn't exactly a cel. Does a sketch count?

That amazing shot of Kiba from Wolf's Rain was my first piece I got. And it was an absolute steal! 25$ if I remember right. Now I wouldn't expect to find such an excellent wolf shot for anywhere near that price.

My first cels were these five from Gigantor FX. Picked them up at San Diego Comic Con back in early 2000's. Didn't know what the cels were, but liked that it had robots! Got me started on this whole cel collecting.
