Bad ebay seller: originalanimearts
Guyvarii was also not the Rubberslugger whom I know to have had recent problems.
How can four or five months be an acceptable timeframe for delivery? Do you live overseas in a country with a terrible postal system? I live two days mail time from him. All financial recourse (and direct feedback recourse) except actually initiating a lawsuit is gone from eBay transactions after three months. The seller was in internet contact throughout this ordeal based on his continuing auctions and his responses to people on eBay giving him negative feedback.
How can months be an acceptable timeframe for responding to problems that require attention or escalation to onerous self help measures like a chargeback?
I notice the two responses so far are somewhat praising him, except that both have "excepts" that follow their story.
I'm always sorry when people have bad experices with sellers or hearing from sellers that people making purchases from them did not follow through on their end.
The message has been put out and I'm sure that is enough. If others still decide to deal with this seller , thats their choice.
Let's just cut off this now instead of posts in defence or against this seller.
