Retouched cels

as a buyer of evangelion fancels i hope your cel of rei isn't a fan cel. most fan cels of rei can be had for 25 to 80 us dollars and have a signature on the back of the artist pen name. paying in the mid three figures would really be a blow to the wallet if it turns out to be a fancel. but i tend to believe after looking at it, it's probably what others have already said. a test cel maybe or a correction cel for the scene.
