petition for old dub on Totoro

eeeww, why in the world would you petition for a dubbed version of any anime? I have yet to see a dubbed version of anything that has done any sort of justice to the show or movie. I always cringe when I hear people fight to get and prefer to have dubbed anime...yuck! Anywoo, just my opinion. I

There are many shows where the english dub outshines the original language *dub*. Yeah, thats right, almost all anime is dubbed, whether in English or in Japanese. Pre-lay vs. post-lay and all that.

Anyway, a comment like that is spectacularly ignorant. Just my opinion. ;)

You can get a copy of the old version in the Studio Ghibli box set. I personally prefer the Japanese version, but I will admit the old english version is better than the new disnified stuff. It is also the older english dub of Porco Rosso if that interests anyone. Here is the link:
