Yep. They do tend to come in waves. Especially when you're trying hard to be good and not buy anything for a while.
That same seller just added a few more Ranma cels, and I just found myself snapping up a cute cheap Ranma.
He's adoreable, and I love him, but dang, I've been trying so hard to be good. ;_;

It's there home page and it has all the info you can use for storage,Just remember to use a backing board in each page to keep them stiff so when you turn the pages the cel does not bend in the page.
Even if you use a storage book put your cels in a cel storage bag first and never store backgrounds and cels in the same page or if you do make sure you put the cel in it's own bag, So the dust from the background does not scratch your cels. Also put the drawings in there own page and not with the cels as they tend to be somewhat acidic and can fade your cel colors.
