collections

Ever since I got my first job, I have managed to collect some sort of stuff. Be it comic books, Warhammer 40000 miniatures, video games, or CDs...

Whatever I decided to collect, it was always is not readily available. I don't know if I do this on purpose, but my collections always involved a lot of work. I can't tell you how many hours I have spent looking through used CDs to find that rare Pop Will Eat Itself single, or going to flea markets to find that complete copy of Super Dodgeball for the NES...

I think that my main attraction to cels is the fact it is a real challenge at times. Between scouring the Internet and the bidding wars on auction sites, it isn't always easy to get the cels you want. I think this difficulty is what keeps me interested in cel collecting...

Collections include:
Japanese Noh Masks, Kokeshii dolls, dragons, Beanie babies, Fish, Movies, cds, books Coins, currency from around the world, memories

At present I live in Japan so I try to collect only the stuff that screams unique Japanese items, like my Washii dolls. But I also have glass from Italy, Figurines from England, and alot of pitures taken in the various countries we get to visit and/or live in.

I've collected just about everything....comics, trading cards, action figures, character cups....the list goes on but I already sound like a nut so I'll just shut up.
