Your first cel-

I wasnt planning on collecting cels back then.

I only had plans on buying maximum 3 cels, but ended up addicted.

My first cel was a oversized cel & had many layers & price was reasonable for a family group shot.

Back when I started there were not many cel dealers in North America; I bought my first cels from the store formerly called NEWTYPE which was the largest cel dealer in North America and based out of San Francisco, CA. This same dealer taught the current owner of AnimeLink about the tricks of trade. I then bought cels from the dealer formerly known as AnimeWink, which has since been reborn into AnimeLink.

I no longer have the cels I bought from them mainly old school mecha Dangaioh OVAs, BGC OVAs, DYRL, GunBuster OVAs, b/c I've since upgraded and condensed my collection to the essentials. I find I no longer desire keeping all the cels I have. I have learned it is infinitely better to learn how to appreciate QUALITY over quantity, quality matters the most my friends! Also if you can achieve appreciation for quality, you will also save yourself from considerable financial hardships, aches and regrets.

And until a few days ago, I didn't know just where it was from. But after renting the DVD (listed in my description) I spotted it in the movie! ^_^ Took only five years to find it. LOL

This is my first cel, which I bought from another collector. At the time, I admit I wasn't sure how many Nightwalker cels were out there, and I hadn't discovered YJ yet, but I don't think I over paid and I'm still thrilled with it.

I must admit, I like the fact that his eyes are closed, it's different from a lot of Nightwalker cels.

My first cel was bought a year ago at AX- I didn't think I could afford a cel.. until I stumbled upon a $5 bargain folder containing a cel of Kilua from HxH.. It came with a genga and a douga and some additional hand sketches of the sequence too! I still have it and treasure it.
