You need to have your buyers pay for Delivery Confirmation and give them the number so they can track there shipment from you this way you have shown them you sent it and they can track it to there door and you do not have to do anything more but spend the money you made.
The paypal receipt can be used by the buyer to show that payment was sent to you and a copy of this should be sent to the seller to show it was sent to them and I think Delivery confirmation should be used also if the buyer sends you any other payment type, This is to protect both the seller and the buyer.
I think Jason said this is the way he would like this to happen and would at some time in the future this would be required to sell in the RS shop.
As for selling rules the owner Jason and the Mod's make the rules here and I think it's a very good idea to have rules the same for all as they have done here.

Pretty much EVERY post office in the industrialized world will give you some form of tracking packages. You can even track with the insurance code.

My advice is to always ship EMS. I've bought from all over Europe for years, and only had a problem once with delayed shipping. and it was because of a holiday.

I've shipped to Europe many times before over the years and had a few packages delayed for delivery, manily due to the fact the buyer had to go to the post to pick it up.

Anyway, I feel that if ANY problems occur between buyers or sellers, that a moderator be contacted immediately, and all information both parties can provide will be reviewed. If need be, someone can be banned. I don't feel they need to be publically ousted here, but word will get around to other boards surely.

Question, I know anime related autographs are alright.. but what about non-anime autographs? I seem to recall one sight a long time ago that had a couple these types of autos and was always curious. Thanks in advance.

Sorry for being vague. >_< I mean like celebrity autographs of actors/ actresses / directors, etc. Was pretty sure the answer would be no, but thought I would double check here. :)
