What's the most $$ you spent on a cel?

The most I've spent on a cel was $460 which was my Sailor Neptune Henshin Bank Cel.......I'm VERY foolish for doing that!>....or that's at least what my bank account says...lol!

$500 for my batman and his son cel.
...but thats nothing compared to the $1000. i paid for an original "What if 105" (Spidergirl's first appearance) page.

but i can tell you ill never be able to do that again. Im really sticking to under $200 (and i REALLY have to like it to shell out that much).

i dont make as much money these days. :(

Worst cel expendature was $700 for my naked Outlanders Kahm drinking in the bathtub cel was the limit. most others fell between $500-$300. I'm contemplating a few Nausicaa cels that will far exceed that price ~ those "decimal point" cels! The most crazy thing ever blew money on was the $1,000.00 Teen Titans 30' rooftop banner from the DC booth at the 2007 San Diego Comicon

If the cel is right the price does not matter to me.If a shot of the castle in Utena ever came up for sale I would happily spend $5,000 to $25,000 dollars depending on the shot.Somethings are just worth the money!:D
