Rinkya flame...
Sorry I'm making so many posts. If I'm missing an edit button somewhere please let me know.
Ok, here's something odd!
I've been using my boyfriends computer lately for surfing the net. Since I've been having these problems with Rinkya while using his computer I decided to switch to mine to see if there is a change. Both computers use firefox and the security settings are identical. The 2 times that I have been able to login may have been during the use of my computer. Well, here is what happened while using my computer:
I went to Rinkya and tried to login to my account using mypass but it says 'please do not input MyPass until you have set up for the first time'. I get this message EVERY time and rinkya then has to send me an access email.
The email states "Please click on (or cut and paste) this link to set MyRinkya:---link given here---. Once set up, you may set a MyPass for quick set up of MyRinkya should you become logged out or want to set up on a different machine. If you lose your MyPass, you may always access MyRinkya via email and change your MyPass once logged in". OK, After receiving the email and using its link for getting into 'my rinkya', I then see all of my saved searches and auctions. If I click on one of my searches and try to save a random auction, then I get to name the auction and save it to my account.
Now, if I log out of Rinkya and try to log back in, I then have to go through that process all over again! Do you always have to have a mypass access email sent to you EVERY single time you want to login??? *heavy Sigh* When using my boyfriends computerI can log into my rinkya, however, I have to get an access email to do so and I still can't save a single auction or search no matter what.
Phew, glad I got that off my chest. I hope I haven't killed anyone out there with boredom from this long post.

Last time I got that "please don't input MyPass" message form rinkya, it was because I had entered the wrong email address or password. mis-spelling, or forgot capslock. Try emailing heather /laurel and asking them to re-set your password.

2 things to watch when dealing with Rinkya on different computers. The login for My Rinkya only uses the email address you originally set up for it not your account name or handle. It is also set up to only except your password the exact way you 1st inputed it. Did you have your caplock on or off?
Another thing, sometimes when you go back to Rinkya if the cookie is still active on that machine you can just click on and enter My Rinkya without logging in which may be the reason for the message you got.
Hey everyone! Here is a little update. I've been using my computer this past week to look at my Rinkya account and have had no problems at all. It was definately my boyfriends computer that was not letting me save the auctions. I can only think that maybe his computer isn't fully updated since it's new or maybe there is a setting he has played with that is causing the problems. I really appreciate all the help everyone has given, thanks!
