Rinkya flame...

I have nothing but good things to say about Rinkya. Anytime I've had problems, I've just emailed Heather and it's been resolved quickly, unlike my experience with Celga.

I had a few problems logging in at first, but I mainly attributed that to being on a Mac with Safari as a browser. I just my PC for Rinkya stuff and I haven't had a problem since.

I know the saving of your watch list is done through the My Rinkya function.
You must log into the My Rinkya and then search for your series which you can save, then when you find an item you wish to save it you must give it a "name" such as B1 in my case if it's a cel of Belldandy from AMG, it then appears in the My Rinkya section with the close date & time.

Your problems may be that you have not set up the My Rinkya or did not name those items you want to save.

You may also want to check your security options in your browser. If your security is set too high, it may not allow the correct cookies, or even ignore your login info. Or, if you have a firewall, or some type of pop-up blocking, it might be interfearing.

Hi JWR. I've clicked on 'my rinkya' and logged in when prompted to do so, then I see my list of saved auctions and searches. Out of probably 15 different times (same day or different days) that I have logged into Rinkya, only 2 of those times I have been able to save auctions (those that I were able to save I had given names). When trying to save those other times I was then directed to the login page. Then when trying to login it said I was already logged in! >.< So frustrating! I really appreciate the help. Everyone is so fast with with the replies. If the wording in my posts are a little confusing, I apologize about that. I work night shift at my job and am not used to being up all day. My brain is half functional at this moment. ^_^

I want to let everyone know that I just emailed Rinkya and asked that my account not be closed yet. Hopefully I can stop it from being closed and try to figure these problems out.
