They like to eat their sushi not only raw, but alive as well, and still twitching.. Ummm--Yummmy =).. And that goes especially for lobster, squid, or red snapper..(this is not for me.. but)

I especially like the Korean way--- with raw baby octopus, dipped in hot sauce,,, The way that those little tentacles still twist around and cling and suck in and attached themselves to the insides of your mouth, tongue, and cheek with those teeny tiny suction-cups clinging to whatever they touch after having just been whacked off with a razor sharp knife...is amazing!

Doesn't it just make your mouth all watery? =)

Too true! I couldn't do it. I saw the food was still twitching and had to make a rapid escape!

Fresh is good but to me there is such a thing as too fresh!
