minor shop upgrade

Item counts are fine, they represent all cels in a particular catagory on hold, sold, or whatever. I could probably make separate catagories for these... the main concern was a series that only had a cel on hold wouldn't show up at all in the list... useful for if the person who bought it wants to check up on it.

Hmm, but I only see two cels in the Trigun category even when I click on the "All" button. Am I missing something?

Probably something that was never activated. I think the default is "available" and "hidden" and it's probably not checking for the "hidden" part. I'll fix it later.
