Unknown and Mystery Cels

Oh good! I don't think I could handle having a cel of some guy named Pia. *pffft* Couldn't even say it with a straight face.

Yeah, you've got humans aparently on a school field trip or something, getting chased by nasty meat eating dinos. Meanwhile, Guards of the compound, some chick dressed like Rambo, and .. prehistoric people? (in weirdly post-apocalyptic clothes) meet up, do various things and dress really silly.
Throw in some talking "good" dinosaurs (also in silly clothes)and a few tanks that are shaped to look like Triceratops, and you've got Jura Tripper.
I want to see this series so bad. I need to know if it's as goofed up as my imagination makes it. XD

You've already ID'd my unknown setup Zag so thanks for that! I never even knew about Twilight Q until you mentioned it. I've since done some digging and found out more. Sounds interesting...
If I obtain any more weird cels I'll come straight to you ^__^
I almost won an unknown cel on YAJ, but I ultimately lost and later found out it was from Photon anyway. Putting you out of a job here!
