Most of his A18 images are taken from this well-known Japanese DB cel gallery:

I highly doubt this is the same person.

REMEMBER THE SAIYANS is my friend's gallery. I can personally speak for him that he has all the cels that he has displayed and then some. I refer to his gallery online as the "tip of the iceberg." I am sure any investigation will bear this out.
