fixing the interface
Minor update: I changed the width restriction on the cel display tables so that cel listings should expand to flll the width of the web page. It's an HTML thing so if this doesn't make sense, don't worry. I only tested it lightly. If this change broke gallery layouts in some other way, please let me know.

Hmm, reminds me of that old joke:
Patient: "Doctor, it hurts whenever I do this."
Doctor: "Then don't do that!"
