Advice for people new to cel collecting.

We do not recommend the wire hangers, instead if you must use the wooden hangers. Generally these are much stronger, but even still use commonsense and do not max out the portfolio if you do not need to. Most portfolios were not designed to be hung.

We actually do not hang ours, tried it did not like it. Instead we turn the portfolios on the side so the spine faces upwards. Next, we loosely keep them next to some hard support surface like a clean cool wall in the closet.

Besides in a worse case scenario if the hanger breaks/slips or otherwise, the wonderful cels drop from a significant height... we do not want that to happen to our cels.

Hehe you are damn right.

I overpayed for my 2nd cel.

It's my slam dunk rukawa cel. Payed $65 when I notice slam dunk cel has very low value unless its a pan cel.
(I know $65 aint alot, but for a slam dunk it is!)
