That is a universal question with a universal answer of "yes." No matter how long someone collects, they will "miss" out on some of their most precious dreams... Sometimes it's about money/ Sometimes; it's the timing of auctions, schedules, etc. Sometimes it's due to something entirely out of one's control. Like a sudden end to an auction, the wifi or Internet going down, or some other unexpected interference. Sometimes it's just a change of heart or just fate.
