unable to add new artwork

The file had an & which I removed and I also shortened the name. Upload finally succeeded but a thumbnail wasn't generating.Tried uploading smaller versions of the file as a thumbnail. They weren't uploading but the actual file itself would, WTH. I then resized the image to be 450 px tall (original size was 475 px) and this time it uploaded and generated a thumbnail. Who knew the image parameters were so finicky!! >__>

LOL - we run into weird issues during the contests too like this... RS is getting to the elderly statesmen status of webpages we will just have to keep adapting to it's quirks

I'm having a little issue with uploading GIF files right now. I made sure that the extension ended in .gif and that the file did not exceed the limit, yet when I add the image in my gallery, it says JPG, PNG or GIF only. Is there a special trick for getting this format onto the site?

As far as I know .GIF don't work any more, you can only upload .jpg
