Can't upload 3/1/15

Encountering problems when uploading thumbnails gifs. The file sizes have all been under 1MB the size limit and even after reducing the file size to less than 600 KB, still unsuccessful with gif uploads. Help? Thanks!

RS hasn't allowed gif upload for a couple years. You have to upload them onto another site and then link to your RS site.

Good to know. Worked before but guess it changed.
