Thank you, Shemp, for expressing it so well. The point of my inquiry was not to attack the seller, but to point out that both appear to be fake.

While there is always a risk of buying fake artwork, that risk is a lot higher when it comes to artist sketches, especially those from well known artists. The last time I saw a comparable Miyazaki sketch sell on Mandarake, it cleared 5K. I know that if I were going to spend this kind of money on one sketch, I'd want to know if it's authentic.

If I were to sell an original sketch, I would want to provide potential buyers some shred of its legitimacy. Or, if I were unable to provide a picture of the artist drawing/signing it, I'd want to know the story behind the acquisition. The background behind the item is also important; I've bought sketches from a certain seller because I know what he does to get said sketches and the story is legit.
