Best deputy service?

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned "From Japan" yet.
Lowest fees I've found. 200 yen + 5%, always. There's also the 5% bank fee though. All services have this although some hide the information well.

So for a 5000 yen item, you'll end up paying 5913 yen, while it's typically 6353 and up if you use another service.

I've been using them for two years now and they have been great.

There is also a promotion until the end of the month now, so if you register through this referral link and buy something, you'll get 1000 yen to spend on your next order. It's not that much though, but always something.

(The whole url didn't turn into a link, so you would have to copy-paste)

They also have 5% off campaigns quite often. This applies both to auctions and regular shopping.

I tried "From Japan" but on every item I tried to bid or purchase, I was told it was out of stock. Strange for an auction, so I tried a different deputy service & won 3 auctions on items that "From Japan" said were out of stock. Don't know what the issue was.

That's odd. I've personally never browsed auctions throught heir site though. I know some Japanese so I always use the Yahoo Auctions site and then copy-paste the link to From Japan once I've found what I want.

In case this was an old experience I might add that they launched a new site a month ago or so, might be worthchecking out. They are cheaper than others after all and they don't charge you anything for combining multiple orders like some do.

I don't remember how the other services keep your stuff at the warehouse, but another nice thing is that they will keep things for up to 30 days (you can extend it for a fee), which is nice if you plan to get things with different ending times. Or if you want to combine orders with different release dates etc.

I'm not sure how useful it is, but acoording to themselves, their sniper bid option is one of the biggest selling points. You can choose to have them place the bid 5 minutes before closing time.
