he dosen't require a seposit either , but he will limit you around 200.00 us till he gets to know you.he will accept either paypay or ipmo payments to. i pefer to use ipmo, slower but paypay uses a different exchange rate and so its usually a bit more to use paypay
his comission rates are quite good to..

I have used Toru Saito's AnimeDep service a couple of times now too and I really like his service.
His prices seem fair and he's a nice guy too :)
