Also, you may want to try resetting your security settings for your web-browser. Go to:

tools -> internet options
click on the security tab
you should see a little slider. if you don't, click on "default level"
set the slider to "medium security" and hit apply.

... and see if that solves any problems.

There's also an obscenely far off chance that you may be out of disk space and the website is having trouble downloading to your computer. Check for that too.
