Copy Backgrounds?

Does anyone know where I can get copy backgrounds made for cels that I own that do not have their matching backgrounds?

The printable ones are nice but I know that some people manage to get copy backgrounds to match their exact cels and I am just dying to find out how they do it!

It all depends how much time your willing to put into it. I don't think doing it will increase the value of the cel much.
