Where are all the Pokemon cels?

Sorry to make a second board but I was wondering where on earth all of the Pokemon cels are!There are seriously none available!Did something happen to them?

A lone cel of Pikachu.Im looking for Vulpix and Ninetales along with several others.

Pokemon artwork, especially cels, are difficult to find just due to the fanbase. Ocassionally, they'll pop up on Yahoo Japan and Mandarake, but I have never seen any cels of just Vulpix/Ninetales. There's a bunch of Pikachu and I've seen some of Jigglypuff, but most of the other characters, I haven't seen.
