Where are all the Pokemon cels?

Jigglypuff with the microphone I would LOVE!My little sister could sing that song just like her and it is one of the only fond memories I have with her.

Of course I would like to see other pokemon like eevee and all of the evolutions along with Oddish and Vileplume ect.I wonder if there are cels of Tangela?

Cels of James from Team Rocket would be nice.
