odd question

OK! After reading your comments I just had to say, I must be a total whimp. It seems I'm constantly crying at the end of anime series. (yes movies too) While watching Grave of the Fireflies, I kept reminding myself that a dead character is telling this story. I didn't want to get so upset at the end, but it didn't help. I still balled my eyes out.

Fushigi Yuugi gets me every time when Nuriko dies and when they do a montage of Hotohori's life. I thought Hotohori's death was pointless and stupid but when the montage starts and Miaka cries, it's all over for me.

On the up side, I've never cried during any of the Gundam series. :) And I laugh hysterically when I watch Jubei-chan: The Ninja Girl and Fake. And who can forget the intense feelings during X.

It's probably just me but if a series doesn't strike me emotionally in some way, I usually don't get attached to it and don't generally finish it. OK! Rants done now!
