http://shoppingmalljapan.com/ and http://celga.com/ are some other deputies that I've used. Rinkya really hits you if you buy more than one item from a seller. They don't combine "internal" shipping.

No matter which deputy you go with, you're going to get hit with an EMS fee. All of these services will let you store your wins in their warehouse for a set period of time, though. That way, you can wait to see if you win anything else.

There are some other collectors in England you might want to talk with to see which deputy is the best: Nene, Krafty, Ronin, and maybe Captain Haddock (Xerxes here on Rubberslug).

Oh, and I forgot to add: while I know nothing about DB, I would guess that the cel is authentic. The seller has perfect feedback and has sold cels before. The description doesn't say that it's a fancel or anything.

I personally never had any problems with Celga, though I have heard stories. I just moved on to another deputy because I did not want to sign up for a Celga Gold account, and I like to snipe. With Celga, you have to email your bid about 24 hours in advance. You can get them to bid if you email them later than that, but it's up to chance.
