What is it that Grabs you most?

I love looking through other's wishlist and sometime it really amazes me what people want. Sometimes it's an entire scene that is the reason. Sometimes it's a body part. There are times it's something so random that it's only if you know the series you understand what the draw is. So what is it people? What do you want and why? Post a link to an example if you can.

Me? I must love the series as a whole most of the time for me to collect from it. But I think this is the most wished for cel in my collection: http://onihime.rubberslug.com/gallery/inv_info.asp?ItemID=111423
It's
so rare to see them together.

Usually for me it's something to do with the scene that really draws me to the cel for it to become a wishlist. Currently on my wishlist is Aki from episode 24 of ANC. Aki wearing the red earring and showing it in a dream speaks volumes to the viewers who sat through the entire show. I know I can't watch that scene without tears in my eyes. So that's why I want it so much.

As far as a wishlist cel I've acquired, I'll go with this Inuyasha cel. It's from the first episode when you think Inuyasha is a bad dog. He has such a unique expression on his face. Everytime I see it I remember what I was thinking and doing the first time I watched that episode and how wrong I was about him.

OH.
Nevermind.

My wishlist (since I can't just do a single picture):
http://aernath.rubberslug.com/gallery/wishlist.asp

It
starts with a character. A certain pose where I can see what I want to see, whatever that happens to be. Handsome man! ^_^ Example: the screencaps in my wishlist for Golden Boy

Then it moves on to a moment or scene. I want a certain cel because of what's going on at that moment in the series. Example: the bazillion and one screencaps in my wishlist for Ranma. Long series, lots of "moments".

But mostly, it's about the eyecandy. ~_^
Whatever turns me on. XD

Its all about finding "the" scene that personifies my favorite character doing exactly what it is that makes them so much fun to watch. It's also the reason why I'm more apt to be drawn toward either the antagonist or the amoral central character whose personalities and/or idiosyncrasies usually tend to be more fleshed-out, such as Legato from Trigun:

My
ultimate wishlist cel comes from a pivotal scene in the short "The Running Man" which was featured in a collection of three stories based on the work of Taku Mayumura called Neo-Tokyo (or Manie-Manie Monogatari).
It's in the same genre as Robot Carnival and Memories:

I pretty much agree with most of the replies here, for me (and I'll keep this short) it's generally a combination of these three things; a memorable/significant scene of my fave character in a great expression/pose.
