We need a link to the members photo albums in the blogs.
The link does not show up unless you go to the members gallery pages.

RSS: Thanks, forgot a simple one. The RSS publisher might go in quickly but an RSS aggregator that automatically mines updates from friends' sites might take some time.

Icons/Avatars: Yeah, this is possible. Multiple avatars images.

Video: Probably not at the onset but arbitary media types are being designed for as attachable assets to a particular item. This means eventually we'll have video, sound clips, flash, and whatever else in addition to "images" which will probably be the only starter type of "attachable" thing.

Private chat rooms would probably fall under the same catagory as being able to create a private message board for yourself. A worthwhile addition in a technical sense, but it would probably tend to splinter the community if there's no way to aggregate the conversation. (This is a problem in IRC.)
