Gorgeous key cel of Arashi.
The artists must have changed their mind on her hair color after the cel was made, because there is a top layer of her hair (bottom layer has darker hair) and it says A-25 Kabuse (in katakana) on it.
I accept PayPal (no credit cards unless you are willing to cover the fees), checks and money orders. Payment plans are available as well.
