Fair price for a Mononoke Hime cel?

Hey all, I am currently looking at this Mononoke Hime cel. It appears to be several layers and has three of the main characters in it.

What do you think would be a fair price for this cel? I expect it will be in the high hundreds.

Probably between $500-$700 but, it's hard to say what people are willing to pay on auction. I like that background layer of the people watching in amazement. That's cool. Too bad Mononoke cels are always overpriced, even by Miyazaki standards.

As Hyaku says, it's a beautiful cel and I could see it going for a lot. Over $600 would be my guess because of the characters involved, action, significance of the scene and being a lovely pan always helps!

Woot, Woot! I got the cel. I don't know what a fair price would have really been but I way exceeded my previous maximum purchase. That's OK, this is going to be my one cel from this show and I wanted it to be great (until I find one that is better and I sell this one to finance the other).
