Japanese Text on a Sketch

I have a sketch with a small piece of Japanese text and was wondering if anyone could please translate it for me. It might just be a colour palette reference or something really basic but it would just settle my curiosity ^_^

Anyway here's the link to the sketch in my gallery:

Thanks
for any help!

The drawing you have is called a correction drawing, It's used to show changes in the first drawing made.Thats why it only has part of the drawing and not the whole thing.
It helps alot "kitten" the shade of color is "wire color" it's used on these spots on the cel.
Small spots can sometimes get painted over if the spot is not marked with color notes.
Sometimes this paint is put on the front of the cel to fix the color to the correct one needed.
Or it maybe a note for a new color or change.
I would need to see the timing or Xsheet to tell what one you have.
Thanks kittens for the help on the wording.
I hope this help out a little.
