Best AnimeConventions to Buy Cels At?

So Rubberslug members, from your previous attendance, what Anime/Comic Conventions do you recommend to attend to purchase cels from dealers?

So far I'm planning on going to Anime Expo in Anaheim this July just to check out the cel dealers. I've been to the San Diego Comic-Con and there's a few dealers with cels, though way over-priced. I also attended the last two Wizard World L.A. conventions and the dealers at S.D. Comic-Con were there plus a few new ones. Though a lot I noticed were selling mainly American cartoon cels, there was a new dealer at WW that was selling market-priced cels of 80's cartoons that were nice. I ended up picking up some He-Man and She-Ra cels from him and if they show up at Anime Expo or Comic-Con I'll pick up from other series such as Ghost Busters and Exo Squad.

I go to San Diego too. Usually in July or August, it follows Anime Expo on the July 4th weekend where the most sales take place. So we probably saw "leftovers" from AX.

I attended Fanimecon (San Jose) in 2004, but there were hardly any dedicated cel dealers. Having moved to the Memeorial Day weekend from earlier in the year, I think they are in competition with other cons and most big dealers prefer to wait for AX when coming to California.
